The lack of strikeout upside has kept standard leaguers from embracing Jose Urena, but that should change this week with the Miami righty boasting nice matchups in Week 14.

Sorry again, American League-only streamers, but for the second straight week the cream of the low-ownership-starter crop hails from the National League. The NL is, after all, home of the Pirates, Padres, Giants, and Braves, teams who have thumbed their nose at the MLB's hitting revolution by combining for -232 offensive wins above replacement (WAR) over the season's first half. Fortunately for fantasy streamers, these teams all line up against widely available SPs in the coming week.

Here are the four low-ownership starting pitchers who should have the attention of pitching-needy fantasy owners in Week 14.
