With a -318 money line, the Cleveland Indians are the biggest favorites on Monday's slate by a huge margin, and the Detroit Tigers' 3.14 implied total is the day's lowest.

Just taking active rosters into account, the Tigers rank 27th with an 84 wRC+ against right-handed pitching, and they don't pose much of a threat against Carrasco -- he's produced a 3.41 SIERA this year and has only allowed more than one run once in his last six starts.

Detroit's 20.2% strikeout rate against righties isn't egregious, but Carrasco has a nasty 27.9% strikeout rate and 13.1% swinging-strike rate (marks that jump to 31.5% and 15.4%, respectively, over his last six starts). So, he offers no shortage of strikeout potential and fantasy upside here.
