Texas Rangers second baseman Rougned Odor looked like he was on the path to superstardom after a 2016 season in which, as a 22-year-old in his first full big league season, he slugged 33 bombs and hit .271. That performance led to an fWAR of 1.9, and he put up a similar 2.3 mark in 2015.

However, he became a below replacement level player last year, posting an fWAR of just -1.0.
