Danny Salazar ($9,300 on FanDuel): Ever since he returned from the disabled list, Danny Salazar has been melting people's faces off. In three starts, he has a 17.6% swinging-strike rate, helping him post a 2.46 SIERA with a 39.4% strikeout rate and 7.0% walk rate. Salazar had been outperforming his results earlier in the year, too, but he has reached a whole new level off the injury. His matchup with the Tampa Bay Rays is tough, but over the past 30 days, they have a 26.4% strikeout rate against righties, and they've slipped to 22nd in hard-hit rate. Although that's not enough to make this an easy matchup, it does give a boost to both Salazar's floor and ceiling, and we should be targeting him aggressively again today.
