Baltimore Orioles third baseman Renato Nunez is out of Thursday's starting lineup against the Houston Astros.
Jace Peterson will replace Nunez at the hot corner and bat eighth versus Astros right-hander Gerrit Cole in Thursday's series opener. Nunez went a combined 2-for-7 with a home run, 4 RBI, and 1 run scored in Wednesday's doubleheader against the Boston Red Sox.
