Ichiro Suzuki to start for Mariners in Japan Series
Seattle Mariners outfielder Ichiro Suzuki will be in the starting lineup for this week's Japan Series against the Oakland Athletics, manager Scott Servais confirmed.
What It Means:
Ichiro is expected to start in right field. The 45-year-old appeared in 15 games last season.
Ichiro owns 3,089 career hits and a .311 batting average.
