Dodgers' Julio Urias placed on administrative leave
Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Julio Urias has been placed on 7-day administrative leave by Major League Baseball following his arrest for domestic violence on Monday.
Urias was arrested Monday night for suspicion of domestic battery after arguing and shoving a woman to the ground in a parking lot. MLB can extend the leave of absence as they continue their investigation into the incident.
Urias has posted a 3.18 ERA and a 1.09 WHIP with 32 strikeouts and 9 walks in 28 1/3 innings pitched this season.
