Miami's Sandy Alcantara blanks the Mets on Sunday
Miami Marlins pitcher Sandy Alcantara produced eight strikeouts in nine innings pitched in Sunday's 3-0 victory over the New York Mets.
Alcantara produced his first career shutout and complete game against the Mets on Sunday after allowing four runs in his start against them last week. Through nine starts this season, the 23-year old has produced a 4.25 ERA and 36 strikeouts.
In Sunday's start, Alcantara scored 61 FanDuel points. He is now averaging 23.6 FanDuel points per start.
