Padres push Chris Paddack (neck) back to Wednesday
San Diego Padres pitcher Chris Paddack was scratched from Sunday's start versus the Toronto Blue Jays due to a stiff neck.
Paddack's next scheduled start has been moved to Wednesday versus the New York Yankees. He owns a 1.93 ERA through his first nine starts and opponents are batting just .156 against the 23-year-old rookie right-hander.
numberFire's models expect Paddack to record a 4.05 ERA and 1.23 WHIP with 106 strikeouts and 38 walks over the rest of the season.
