Brandon Woodruff (oblique) going on Brewers' IL
Milwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Brandon Woodruff is being placed on the 10-day injured list with a left oblique injury.
Woodruff was removed from Sunday's start against the Arizona Diamondbacks after suffering the injury in the fourth inning. It's not clear how much time the 26-year-old right-hander will miss.
Woodruff is 11-3 in 20 starts this season. He owns a 3.75 ERA and 1.17 WHIP with 136 strikeouts and 29 walks over 117 2/3 innings.
