Astros' Carlos Correa (back) likely headed to the IL
Houston Astros manager A.J. Hinch said he is "not optimistic" that shortstop Carlos Correa (back) will be able to avoid the 10-day injured list.
What It Means:
Correa is not playing on Tuesday after injuring his back Monday night. He has a history of back issues so the club might take it cautious with the shortstop.
Correa is batting .278 with 19 homers and 56 RBI over 310 plate appearances this season.
