White Sox leave Andrew Vaughn off Sunday lineup
The Chicago White Sox did not list Andrew Vaughn as a starter for Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Phillies.
What It Means:
Vaughn will take a seat Sunday while the White Sox have Robbie Grossman join the lineup in right field and bat second. Gavin Sheets will cover first base.
Vaughn hit 21 homers a season ago, but has yet to hit a single one in 2024 so far. He's batting just .153 across his first 81 plate appearances.
