Josh Donaldson to DH on Thursday for Toronto
Toronto Blue Jays third baseman Josh Donaldson will serve as designated hitters for Thursday's matchup with the Texas Rangers.
What It Means:
Donaldson will get the day off from the field as Russell Martin mans the hot corner. The move pushes Kendrys Morales to the bench, as Donaldson bats third against lefty Martin Perez.
Donaldson owns a ridiculous .368/.520/.632 slash against lefties in 2017. Unsurprisingly, he's projected for 12.1 FanDuel points for Thursday afternoon's game.
