Indians' Jose Ramirez (forearm) removed from Thursday's game
Cleveland Indians third baseman/outfielder Jose Ramirez was removed after being hit by a pitch in the second inning of Thursday's game against the Minnesota Twins.
MLB.com's Jordan Bastian reports that Ramirez was hit in the right forearm area and was in obvious pain as he exited the contest. Giovanny Urshela replaced him on the bases and at third base.
Having hit 18 home runs with 58 RBI to date, Ramirez' 2.24 nERD leads the team so if he's out for any amount of time it could mean trouble for the 1st-place Indians.
