Michael Conforto leaves Mets' game with dislocated left shoulder

New York Mets outfielder Michael Conforto left Thursday's game against the Arizona Diamondbacks with a dislocated left shoulder.

What It Means:

Conforto was injured during a hard swing and miss at the plate in this afternoon's rubber match against the Dbacks. It could end up a season-ending injury for the 24 year-old outfielder, but we'll await official word from the team.

If Conforto's injury is season-ending, he will finish 2017 with a .279/.384/.555 slash line with 27 home runs, 68 RBI, and 72 runs scored over 440 plate appearances.
