Dustin Garneau heads back to Oakland bench on Wednesday
Oakland Athletics catcher Dustin Garneau is on the bench to start Wednesday's game against the Detroit Tigers.
In last night's start, Garneau went 1-for-2 with a walk and a run scored. With the quick turnaround today, though, he will allow Bruce Maxwell to take over the catching duties as he hits ninth in the Athletics' batting order.
Our algorithms like Garneau to tally 2 hits, 1 walk and 1 RBI in 9 plate appearances the rest of the season.
