Brewers' Zach Davies diagnosed with strained oblique
Milwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Zach Davies has been diagnosed with a left oblique strain.
Davies is only expected to miss one Cactus League start for what is considered to be a minor issue. The 25-year-old right-hander twirled a 3.90 ERA with a 17-9 record last season.
numberFire's models project Davies to record a 4.63 ERA, 1.41 WHIP, and 17.5 strikeout percentage across 177 innings while going 11-10 on the year.
