Boston's Steven Wright (knee) suspended 15 games for domestic violence
Boston Red Sox reliever Steven Wright (knee) has been suspended 15 games for violating the domestic violence policy.
If Wright opens the season on the disabled list because of his knee injury, the suspension won't start until he's active. The 32-year-old right-hander was charged with domestic assault and preventing a 911 call from his Tennessee home last December.
numberFire's models project Wright to record a 4.94 ERA, 1.41 WHIP, and 16.1 strikeout percentage in 2018.
