Blue Jays-Indians expected to start doubleheader at 3 PM ET after rain delay
The Toronto Blue Jays and Cleveland Indians are expected to play the first game of Thursday's doubleheader at 3 PM ET following a rain delay.
The rain pushed things back about two hours but the two clubs are still scheduled to square off twice on Thursday. Cleveland is sending right-hander Carlos Carrasco to the mound for Game 1 against Blue Jays southpaw Jaime Garcia.
The Indians enter Thursday at 7th in numberFire's MLB Team Power Rankings and the Blue Jays check in at 20th.
