Dodgers' Clayton Kershaw (biceps) throws from 60 feet

Los Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Clayton Kershaw (biceps) threw from around 60 feet on Wednesday.

What It Means:

Kershaw is making his way back from biceps tendinitis, which forced him to the disabled list on Sunday. An MRI showed no structural damage, so Kershaw could make a return when he is eligible on May 16. However, with it being early in the season, look for the Dodgers to take every precaution with their ace southpaw.

Upon his return from the DL, our models project Kershaw for a 3.43 ERA and 1.08 WHIP over 136.3 innings remaining this season.
