Dixon Machado out of Tigers' lineup on Sunday afternoon
Detroit Tigers second baseman Dixon Machado is not starting versus the Seattle Mariners in Sunday's series finale.
It appears to be a routine breather for Machado, who will be replaced at second base by Niko Goodrum on Sunday while Pete Kozma draws the start at third.
Machado is averaging 4.2 FanDuel points per game this season. numberFire's models project him to hit .238 with 3 homers and 25 RBI over the rest of the year.
