Dodgers' Kenta Maeda fans 12 in commanding win
Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Kenta Maeda struck out 12 batters in Wednesday's 3-0 win over the Colorado Rockies.
Maeda went 6 2/3 innings with 78 of his 111 pitches going for strikes. He allowed just two hits and the only downside was the four free passes he issued throughout the game. Nonetheless, he's struck out 20 over his last two starts, which have both been quality starts at that.
At $8,700, Maeda tallied 66.1 FanDuel points, 17.1 more than the night's highest-priced pitcher Jacob deGrom. Maeda's next start will come Tuesday against the Philadelphia Phillies.
