Robinson Chirinos out of the lineup Saturday for Texas
Texas Rangers catcher Robinson Chirinos is not in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Kansas City Royals.
What It Means:
After going 0-for-5 in back-to-back starts, Chirinos will leave the lineup this afternoon. Carlos Perez will be in his spot behind the plate and hitting ninth.
Chirinos is projected to hit .226 with 14 home runs and 35 RBI over the remainder of the season.
