Austin Meadows day-to-day for Pirates with sore foot

Pittsburgh Pirates outfielder Austin Meadows says he is dealing with a sore right foot.

What It Means:

Meadows fouled a ball off the top of his foot on Sunday and has now been held out of the lineup in both games since. The 23-year-old rookie said he's feeling better, so this doesn't sound like much of a concern. Corey Dickerson, Starling Marte, and Gregory Polanco are covering the outfield for the Pirates against the Milwaukee Brewers on Tuesday.

Meadows is averaging 10.4 FanDuel points through 26 games this season while slashing .326/.351/.598 with 5 home runs, 3 steals, and 14 RBI over 97 plate appearances.
