Tyler Skaggs (hamstring) to start Monday or Tuesday for Angels
Los Angeles Angels pitcher Tyler Skaggs (hamstring) is aiming to start in Sunday's series finale against the Toronto Blue Jays or Monday's makeup-game against the Boston Red Sox.
Skaggs was scratched from Thursday's start against the Blue Jays after experiencing some tightness in his right hamstring, but it looks like the 26-year-old left-hander will avoid the disabled list.
Skaggs owns a 6-4 record and is averaging 34.8 FanDuel points in 14 starts this season while posting a 2.81 ERA and 1.23 WHIP with 86 strikeouts and 24 walks across 80 innings.
