Milwaukee Brewers infielder Eric Sogard is out of the lineup on Friday against the St. Louis Cardinals.
What It Means:
Sogard got the nod at shortstop on Thursday, but will return to the bench tonight. Orlando Arcia is back in the lineup and batting eighth.
Sogard is slashing just .126/.240/.161 across 101 plate appearances this year.
