Clayton Kershaw (back) returning to Dodgers' rotation on Saturday
Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Clayton Kershaw (back) will return to the rotation Saturday against the New York Mets.
Kershaw was scheduled to make a rehab appearance for Triple-A on Saturday but heavy rains are in the forecast, so the club decided to pitch at the big league level instead. The ace has been out since May 31 with a lower back strain.
Our models project Kershaw for a 3.91 ERA, 1.13 WHIP, and 7-4 record with 89 strikeouts in 82 2/3 innings pitched the rest of the season.
