Arizona Diamondbacks first baseman Christian Walker has been optioned to Triple-A Reno.
What It Means:
The Diamondbacks needed to make room on their roster after reinstating A.J. Pollock from the 10-day disabled list.
Walker's five hits this season are the most he's had in any of his four seasons in the Majors.
