Houston Astros infielder Jose Altuve is not in the lineup on Friday against the Texas Rangers.
What It Means:
Altuve left Wednesday's game early with knee discomfort. He'll be held out on Friday and will be replaced at second base by Marwin Gonzalez against Yovani Gallardo.
