Chris Sale (shoulder) to return Sunday as Red Sox face O's
Boston Red Sox pitcher Chris Sale (shoulder) is slated to return to the rotation Sunday against the Baltimore Orioles.
Sale has been out since July 31 with shoulder inflammation but will miss just two turns in the rotation. He has been lights out all years and gets to face one of MLB's worst hitting team in the O's in his return.
Sale has a 2.04 ERA, 0.87 WHIP, and 11-4 record while striking out 207 and walking just 33 in 141 innings pitched (22 starts) this season.
