Matt Kemp out of Dodgers' lineup in Monday's series opener
Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Matt Kemp is out of Monday's starting lineup versus the San Francisco Giants.
Kemp will leave left field available for Chris Taylor, who will be replaced at shortstop by Manny Machado, whose shift will open third base back up for Justin Turner.
