Tommy Pham (foot) active, starting for Tampa Bay on Thursday

Tampa Bay Rays left fielder Tommy Pham (foot) is active from the 10-day disabled list and in the starting lineup for Thursday's series finale against the New York Yankees.

What It Means:

Pham missed two weeks after suffering a small fracture in his right foot in only his second game in a Rays uniform. The 30-year-old outfielder slashed .306/.411/.520 with 23 homers and 25 steals in 2017 with the St. Louis Cardinals, but he owns just a .244/.332/.393 slash with 14 taters and 10 stolen bases across 404 plate appearances this season between the Cardinals and Rays. He will man left field and bat out of the cleanup spot versus Yankees right-hander Masahiro Tanaka on Thursday afternoon while Brandon Lowe moves to second base. Joey Wendle will cover third and Matt Duffy will be available off the bench.

numberFire's models project Pham to score 12.1 FanDuel points at a cost of $2,000 on Thursday.
