His opponent, the Portland Trail Blazers, are his team's bitter rivals, having beaten the Los Angeles Lakers 15 times in a row (a streak that started on April 1, 2014). Oh -- and, of course, the game is nationally televised.

The King creates his own fire within, but kindling like the above will certainly help make the flames grow. James played in four of the Lakers' preseason games if only to form some rapport with his new teammates.
