3 NBA DraftKings Value Plays to Target on 11/8/18

After three straight losses to open the season, the Oklahoma City Thunder decided to turn to Jerami Grant as their starting power forward. And to say it has paid dividends for them and his fantasy game would be an understatement.

As OKC's reeled off six straight, Grant has averaged just short of 27 DraftKings points in 30 minutes per game. He's reached as high as 39.5 and has yet to fall short of 21.75 over that same time frame. He's been shooting the ball well -- 54.5% -- from inside and out, as he's stepped out to hit seven three-pointers over the last six.

It appears that the Thunder will again be without Russell Westbrook -- who has an ankle injury -- as they host the Houston Rockets on Thursday, meaning Grant will have to help make up for all the production left on the bench. And the matchup with Houston bodes well for him, as -- according to FantasyPros -- the Rockets give up top-10 numbers in DraftKings points and points to power forwards this season.
