The New Orleans Pelicans have been a decent fantasy matchup in the frontcourt this season, allowing above-average fantasy efficiency to opposing centers. With Anthony Davis on the shelf, things get even better.

The Pels own a top-10 rebound rate on the season, but in the five games since Davis went down they rank only 18th, seeing that rate fall by 1.1%. Their defensive rating also takes a hit of 4.1 points if we compare minutes with Davis on and off the floor.

Nikola Jokic is someone whose average numbers get driven down by blowouts. Four of the last 10 games in which he has played have been decided by at least 20 points, and he didn't top 30 minutes in any of those four. In the other six games he averaged 56.9 FanDuel points in 35.9 minutes per game.

There's still some blowout risk tonight, as the Denver Nuggets are 8.0-point favorites, but we did see Jokic drop 70.6 FanDuel points in 33.7 minutes in a game decided by 16 points on Saturday. That means even if this gets into a double-digit victory, we could still see a full workload for Jokic.
