Mike Scott, SF/PF, Philadelphia 76ers

DraftKings Price: $3,500

Looking for an even cheaper 76ers player to take advantage of Embiid's absence? Look no further than forward Mike Scott.

Like Boban -- or really anybody else on the Sixers, actually -- Scott's numbers jump dramatically when Embiid is on the sidelines, from 12.4 to 18.9 DraftKings points per game. He's scored at least 19 points in five of his past seven games without Embiid, including a 31.5-DraftKings-point effort earlier this month. While 18.9 DraftKings points (19.8-point median) may seem like a paltry average, it represents a return of 5.4 points per $1,000 at Scott's ridiculously low salary.

Scott's minutes have been trending up since joining Philly in February, making him a more attractive play. He averaged 17.6 and 24.7 minutes, respectively, with and without Embiid in February. Those numbers have climbed to 26.0 and 27.5 in March. He's been an increasingly bigger part of their team. Our models see him continuing his contributions, projecting him for 21.0 DraftKings points against the Hornets this evening.
