3 NBA DraftKings Value Plays to Target on 4/2/19

For lack of a better word (who has time to look in a thesaurus?), the Atlanta Hawks' roster is going to be thin tonight. Dewayne Dedmon is done for the season; Taurean Prince is doubtful with a foot injury; and John Collins, for some reason, is likely to be rested tonight.

All of those absences, of course, mean good things if you're looking for value. One player who benefited last game and should once again see a ton of run tonight is fourth-year veteran Justin Anderson.

Anderson got just his second start of the season (and 21st of his career) during Sunday's win over the Milwaukee Bucks. He took advantage of the extra run, finishing with 24 points, 12 boards, and a whopping 50.5 DraftKings points.

Expecting that kind of output again is foolish (he scored just 16.5 DraftKings points in his previous start), but he's going to get all the run he can handle this evening. At only $4,400, he could put up half the fantasy points he did in the last game and still make DFS players happy.

We have him leading all players in value this evening. We project him for 30.0 DraftKings points, a return of more than 6.5 points per $1,000.
