Allen Crabbe (ankle) ruled out for Nets Wednesday
Brooklyn Nets guard Allen Crabbe (sprained left ankle) has been ruled out for Wednesday's season opener versus the Detroit Pistons.
Crabbe injured his ankle last Monday in a preseason game and hasn't been able to practice since. DeMarre Carroll is also dealing with an ankle issue, so look for Caris LeVert, Spencer Dinwiddie, and Joe Harris to soak up extra minutes.
numberFire's models currently project Crabbe for 13.5 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 2.4 three-pointers in 28.6 minutes per game this season.
