Isaiah Canaan expects to start for Suns Wednesday
Phoenix Suns point guard Isaiah Canaan said he expects to start in Wednesday's regular-season opener against the Mavericks.
What It Means:
"As of right now, that’s what it’s looking like," said Canaan when asked if he expects to start on Wednesday. "I’m really looking forward to that and just going out there and trying to do whatever I can to help the team win." If so, that would likely mean Devin Booker starts at the two and Josh Jackson could be moved to the bench.
