Bobby Portis (knee) expected to miss 4-6 weeks for Chicago
Chicago Bulls forward/center Bobby Portis is likely to miss over a month following an MRI revealing an MCL sprain.
What It Means:
It's Portis' right knee, and the timetable for his absence is 4-6 weeks. With Lauri Markkanen already on the shelf with an elbow injury, Chicago's frontcourt is extremely shortstaffed.
So far this season, Portis has averaged 10.5 points, 10.0 rebounds, and 2.0 assists per game.
