Moe Harkless (knee) to miss 3rd straight game for Trail Blazers Thursday
Portland Trail Blazers small forward Moe Harkless (knee) has been ruled out for Thursday's game against the New Orleans Pelicans.
This will be a third consecutive absence for Harkless. Evan Turner and Zach Collins have played well off the bench, while Nik Stauskas, Seth Curry, and Evan Turner have all seen more opportunity.
