T.J. Warren starts, turns in season-high 29 points for Suns
Phoenix Suns small forward T.J. Warren scored 29 points (9-of-17 field goals, 3-of-4 3-pointers, 8-of-8 free throws) with 7 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal, and 1 block in 41.7 minutes of a 116-109 overtime loss to the Boston Celtics.
The minutes and points are both season-highs for Warren, who ran with the first unit after coming off the bench in the previous two games. Suns coach Igor Kokoskov didn't indicate if Warren will start again in Saturday's matchup versus the New Orleans Pelicans.
Warren scored 44.9 FanDuel points on Thursday for his second 40.0-plus point outing of the year. He's averaging 24.1 FanDuel points per game this season.
