Los Angeles Lakers center JaVale McGee is expected to start tonight against the Washington Wizards.

He was able to play through his illness yesterday, and it looks like he'll be good to go once again tonight.
McGee is having a resurgent year, averaging 11.8 points and 6.7 rebounds. His 2.6 blocks per game ranks fourth in the league.
