LeBron James has strained groin, officially out for Lakers on Thursday
Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James has been diagnosed with a strained left groin and will not play in Thursday's game versus the Sacramento Kings.
James is considered day-to-day, though it seems unlikely he will play on Friday versus the Los Angeles Clippers in the second half of the back-to-back set. Josh Hart or Kentavious Caldwell-Pope will likely replace LeBron in the starting lineup and there will be more opportunity for everyone in the rotation.
LeBron is averaging 50.5 FanDuel points through 34 games this season, with 27.3 points, 8.3 rebounds, 7.1 assists, 1.3 steals, 0.7 blocks, and 2.0 triples per contest.
