Cavs' Rodney Hood (Achilles) won't play versus Pelicans Wednesday
Cleveland Cavaliers guard/forward Rodney Hood (Achilles) will not play Wednesday versus the New Orleans Pelicans.
What It Means:
Hood is missing his third straight game with the Achilles issue and does not appear likely to return soon. Alec Burks will stick in the starting lineup and help pick up the scoring slack, along with Jordan Clarkson, on Wednesday.
Hood has averaged 12.9 points, 2.5 rebounds, and 20.3 FanDuel points per game this season.
