Tristan Thompson (foot) ruled out for Cavaliers Friday
Cleveland Cavaliers forward/center Tristan Thompson (left foot soreness) has been ruled out for Friday's game versus the Utah Jazz.
Friday is the front end of a back-to-back set for Cleveland and Thompson missed the majority of December with a foot injury, so this is likely more about maintenance than concern over his foot. Channing Frye and Ante Zizic should both see plenty of minutes in the frontcourt.
TT is averaging 30.3 FanDuel points through 35 games. numberFire's models expect him to record 12.2 points, 9.2 rebounds, 0.7 steals, and 0.7 blocks per contest over the remainder of the year.
