Nets' Spencer Dinwiddie reportedly out 4-6 weeks with finger injury
Brooklyn Nets point guard Spencer Dinwiddie is expected to miss 4-6 weeks with a finger injury, reports Caron Butler.
Dinwiddie is dealing with torn ligaments in his finger, per Butler. He will be re-evaluated, but things don't sound good for the 25-year-old guard. It's rough timing, as Dinwiddie just scored 29 points off the bench in Wednesday's win over the Orlando Magic. It was his second outing with 29-plus in the past four games. Shabazz Napier stands to benefit if Dinwiddie is forced to the sidelines.
Dinwiddie is averaging 27.8 FanDuel points through 49 games (four starts) this season, with 17.2 points, 2.5 rebounds, 5.0 assists, and 2.0 triples per contest.
