New Orleans Pelicans guard Frank Jackson will come off the bench Tuesday verssu the Orlando Magic.
What It Means:
Jackson had started the last few games with Elfrid Payton out. Payton remains out, but the Pels will have Jrue Holiday take over point guard duties with E'Twaun Moore joining the starting five against the Magic.
