Andrew Bogut finalizing return to Warriors

The Golden State Warriors and center Andrew Bogut are finalizing a one-year deal for the veteran's minimum.

What It Means:

Bogut previously played for the Warriors from 2012-2016. The reigning Most Valuable Player and Defensive Player of the Year in the Australian National Basketball League, Bogut will help back up DeMarcus Cousins and could cause Jordan Bell to fall out of the rotation. He isn't expected to make season debut until next week.

Bogut averaged 1.6 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 0.6 blocks in 9.4 minutes over 23 games (five starts) for the Los Angeles Lakers last season.
