Jrue Holiday shelved 7-10 days for Pelicans with abdomen strain
New Orleans Pelicans point guard Jrue Holiday has been diagnosed with a lower abdominal strain and will be re-evaluated in 7-10 days.
Holiday will miss around 3-5 games based on that timeline. Elfrid Payton will take on more work with Holiday sidelined and there should be more minutes for Frank Jackson and Ian Clark.
Holiday is averaging 43.0 FanDuel points in 67 games this season, with 21.2 points, 5.0 rebounds, 7.7 assists, 1.6 steals, 0.8 blocks, and 1.8 triples per contest.
